Construction
Blake-made with a blake-rapid effect: thanks to a specific process in working on this shoe's Vibram rubber sole, the stitching that holds together the vamp, the welt and the midsole also runs through the sole. And your shoes are even more waterproof.
Color
Unrefined leather goes through the traditional process called “tanning”. And is treated so to prevent it from decomposition or loss in flexibility. Afterwards, the leather is put in a rotating wood barrel with water and cognac coloring solution for dyeing. Water is then warmed up to 60° C to help the color bind to the leather for a lasting finish.
Sole
Very light and extremely resistant. Looking adventurous yet casual, the Vibram rubber lug sole is made to overtake the most insidious mountain paths. During the coldest times of the year, there won’t be any more obstacles.
Leather
Kudu is a wild animal that, as such, shows its natural imperfections: what makes this leather unique are the signs of its wild nature, which you can barely see in the grain of the hammered effect. It has character, to say the least, and expresses it through its incredible resistance. You would never say that it can also be so soft.
