Description
‘Ravanà’ is the overnight case for the versatile and elegant man. Inside there are two compartments to hold a laptop up to 13’’. It’s entirely handmade with antiqued leather. You’ll feel so safe walking around with this men’s accessory: you’ve got keys to close the case.
Color
Unrefined leather goes through the traditional process called “tanning”. And is treated so to prevent it from decomposition or loss in flexibility. Afterwards, the leather is put in a rotating wood barrel with water and dark brown coloring solution for dyeing. Water is then warmed up to 60°C to help the color bind to the leather for a lasting finish.
Material
The smooth full-grain calfskin leather, the outermost and most valuable part of leather, is brushed to achieve a chiaroscuro effect, giving it a worn look. It is then immediately polished by hand.
